[Resolved] PayUMoney — Fund Scam

I have booked mobile phone nebula 7 note pro on mobyl store vied order n0. Ms-2971 and paid rs.2999/- by my credit card and received message with id[protected]on 15th of may-20. Till now i did not get neither the delivery or any update. When contacted on their customer care nos.[protected]/[protected] for refund i was wrongly guided to forcibly deposit rs.5000+5000 from my bank account. Request you to help me in this matter. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution can be provided by the merchant only. We advise you to get in touch with the issuing bank and initiate an official complaint (Dispute) regarding the same in case the concerned merchant is not providing the services. Regards, Team PayU
