[Resolved] PayUMoney — I did payment but I did not get service | |||
By using payumoney payment platform, i did payment to gopickfly.com for booking a courier. But that website registered as a3t factorymrp trading private limited with payumoney has not given me service. That website gopickfly owner said, he will do me refund, but he didn't do refund till now. His mobile is switched off, he didn't answer my calls... He texted me that he will provide me refund... But he didn't refund my amount till now... By using payumoney gateway, this website is collecting money but not giving service... I am unable to contact payumoney, as they don't have proper email address and number... They mentioned on payumoney website that, contact with merchant only... If their merchant not responding my calls, what i should do?... I cancelled an order in Avenue11 because I received message that many items I ordered went out of stock and the amount has not credited back. Could you kindly credit back the amount at the earliest of Rs 361?
