[Resolved] PayUMoney — I recharged Rs.10000 on 25feb 9.27am through phonepe app the transaction is successful but the money didn't recieved after 48hours | |
Dear concern, I recharged the amount of Rs.10000 from phone pe app to PAYU merchant for recharging the new world amusement game on dated 25 feb, 2021 0927 hours.. The recharge is not completed till now.But the payment is successful from the phonepe app and transaction id is T2102250931555938460407. And Collect Id is C2102250927022412448833. And UTR:[protected]. So 48 hours had gone but recharged amount didnot added to my game wallet and not refunded and I can't contact with customer care of PAYU AND I send mail to PAYU merchant so many times but there is no reply from PAYU.
