[Resolved]  PayUMoney — I'm complaining about money refund

I tried booking tickets two times for Tajmahal (date 5sep2021)using asi.payumoney.com by using my sbi debit card.amount of rupees (180+180=360)
got ticket but no ticket generated and no refund as of yet
Please do something

As checked, your transaction with reference number[protected] was a successful transaction via PayU Id - [protected] at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant asimustsee.nic.in For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.

Further, your other transaction has been auto refunded on 06/09/2021 via ARN 30001012501248140735259. You will receive the amount in your source account within 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
