[Resolved] PayUMoney — irctc refund pending | |||
Hi! I had booked train tickets through irctc on 03.09.2018, but 2 times transactions failed, the transaction id are [protected] and [protected], but the money was deducted, it has not yet been credited to my bank account, where as the status shows "amount credited to bank" and the name of the bank is "payu money", it has been 2weeks and still the money has not been credited to my bank account. A total of rs.5590 is pending, kindly look into this matter and do the needful. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
