[Resolved]  PayUMoney — merchant related issue

Hi,
I have done two payments one of your merchant ( finetech research and investment advisor), but right now they are not respond me and telling that they are not receive any payment and they are not ready to give any prof regarding 14000 rs payment. They are telling talk with payumoney people about refund. Merchant told me they already refund my amount to you people but i am unable to find your customer support team. kindly help me.

i attached payment copy also.

Please note that we are just the payment processing partner and do not have any access or control to the merchant's database or process.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end.

Its about approx 20, 000 i lost because of trusting Payumoney, they simply says "payment processing partner", they even don't follow basic Govt rule, How come a merchant become partner, without proper documentation. Paytm and other payment gateway, dose ekyc before on boarding anyone, its just like payumoney and merchant and joined there hand to make money, they even don't know to whom they are transferring the money,

1) Fraud
2) Goons
or even Terrorist

I dont know where this money is going.Each and every mail they ask to contact merchant, how come we can do when you as a platform provider doesn't have details.

Govt or Police should Immediate banned and close Payumoney.

We have a proper onboarding process in place for all our merchant. Even their KYCs are completely verified.

Please note that both your transactions are successful at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end.
