[Resolved]  PayUMoney — money debited from my account without my permission

Respected sir,

My bank account got debited by 10000.00 rs twice which means a total of 20000.00 rs and i just got some details from my bank i. E. Ibibo otc no:[protected] and otc no:[protected] on date[protected] and also one more transaction attempt was done 0f rs 42999.00 today on date[protected] from your payu payment gateway. Hence i request you to share me the information of account from where this transaction has been done. Its written ibibo transaction so i contacted you. I can further give the reference number as well if you need.

Kindly look into it and do the needful.

A transaction receipt have sent to me which I don't have any idea about. It says transaction of certain amount is successful. I haven't made any kind of transaction as such. I wanted to know what has happened, as it is a very serious security breach.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - fds_iittm_1362_dd9c2f926c1a87954728 in order to get the status at their end.

I want to close my all loan taken in LazyPay. but when I called customer care they told, LazyPay doesn't have a feature to foreclose my loans. Please help me to close all my loan and I want to delete lazy pay account permanently.

I have recharged through independent tv on your payment id[protected].on 11 may 2019. but till day they have not provided me with any channel that i have requested i am deeply regretting the my decision to recharge through your app.
