[Resolved]  PayUMoney — money deducted even when transaction was unsuccessful

Hi team,

I have made a transaction to big basket on 11 jan 2018, amount was deducted from the bank account but the transaction was failed. I have contacted bank reg the same. They said amount was successfully deducted by payu.

Transaction id:inb/[protected]/payu.in/bb shopping

Please let me know when i will get back my amount.

It was the fees paid in my college with the amount 32022.8. i have my payment id but i need the reciept so do contact me on my email [protected]@gmail.com.
