[Resolved] PayUMoney — Money paid but not credited to payee company

On[protected], Rs. 4650/- were paid by me through Payumoney portal of BPMS Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi (www.mybpms.in). Rs. 9.44 were also charged as transaction fee. Thus total amount debited to my account no. [protected] with INDIAN BANK, CR PARK, NEW DELHI on[protected]. Bank account entry shows a transaction ID as "" PAYU[protected]".

PAYU MONEY did not give any transaction ID as their portal did show it as a failed transaction. This money is either to be paid to BPMS pvt ltd or to be refunded back to my account.

PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi! Please note, this transaction has already been auto refund on 02/10/2021 via ARN [protected]. Please check your bank statement once and can contact your issuing bank with the given ARN if you have not received the funds.
