[Resolved] PayUMoney — money problem regarding refund | |||
Sir/maa'm I am adhithya somaraj. I had ordered for nokia 8.1 ₹29, 999.00with the Order no: #61381through nokia website on march 31st and the payment has done through payu. But due to some financial issues i cancelled that order on the same day. But the refund has not been initiated to my account till now, and its been the 3rd week today. I recieved the reference id:5ca3145c6d442 regarding the refund from nokia website. But the money has not been initiated to my account till now. I contact with my bank, nokia helpline but there is no response from their side they are asking me to contact with the payu. Kindly please do the refund procedure as early as possible. Thankyou.
