[Resolved] PayUMoney — Money transferred but no transaction id. | |||
I sent Rs.3768.00 to https://www.rechargedishtv.in/ for paying my annual subscription for renewing my Dish TV account using my credit card through payU portal. This transaction has been confirmed by my credit card service provider, but no acknowledgement from rechargedishtv or, payU. No trans Id given. Two complaint tickets raised with payU help (Tkt Id.: FF[protected], dt. 10.09.21 and YV[protected], dt. 11.09.21). So far no solution. Pl. help to get back my money (Rs.3768) transacted to payU. Verified Support Sep 14, 2021 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi Sujit, We would request you to contact the merchant directly for a refund amount-related issues. PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions.
