[Resolved]  PayUMoney — my funds settlement is on hold

Hi pay u,

With regards to my previous communication to the risk department and sales manager "amit kumar", i am a verified merchant on pay u india and my merchant number is 6917046 one of my customers booked a travel service and he has done the transaction via pay u using cc, the transaction has been put on hold by the risk team and i have provided all needed information to pay u risk team but my funds is still not being cleared into my account including all other funds from different transactions that were not put on hold, the transaction id is[protected] and the transaction amount is 82, 018.00, my issue now is that pay u held all of my other funds from other transactions when only one transaction is put on hold, this type of crazy policy is destroying my business pay u need to understand that this is a business payment system any hiccup is affecting business, my customer's journey is planned for wednesday and if my funds is not cleared by today monday its going to cause big problem for me because i have to make necessary preparation for my customers and this is going to hurt my reputation with my customer. I have provided all required documentation about the transaction being held back but my funds is still not being cleared into my account.

I have also cc'd mr anirban mukherjee the ceo in this email maybe quicker solutions will be provided at this time.

Hi pay u,

i am a verified merchant on pay u india and my merchant number is 7085125 one of my customers buy some electrical equipment and he has done the transaction via pay u using cc, the transaction has been put on hold by the risk team and i have provided all needed information to pay u risk team but my funds is still not being cleared into my account including, the transaction id's[protected],[protected] and the two transaction amount is 26964.00, so please help me out i escalated this issue over 5 days but the response from payu help is soo late and slow i attached the invoice of customer with customer details is with this response

My payu merchant id 8542465
On 22/04/2022i received 27500 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold" try after 210 days.
Why im wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.
I request your team please deposit our money or settlement unhold my money.. Don't play with us
