My PAYU merchant id 7333271
Dear PAYU team,
Our company has lost all trust in you. We even doubt are you people fraud.
I raised a complaint of settlement hold 1 month back. I submitted all the documents that PAYU team requested me. Also I gave approval for refund also.
I received message from PAYU (screenshot attached below) saying "your request is already forwarded to concerned team and same will be completed soon". This message i received 1 week back. I don't know what is taking this much time for doing a refund and removing the settlement hold. Why are you so slow. We are your customers and if you are responding slowly and processing all our request slowly, it is causing loss of trust in you.
We are messaging you in ticket raised in PAYU. We are not even getting a reply. SOOOOOO BAAAADDDDDDD .
At least give replies for our queries raised in ticket in PAYU. very bad for not responding.
We will wait only till this week.
DO REFUND AND REMOVE SETTYLEMENT HOLD AND TRANSFER OUR SETTLEMENT AMOUNT TO OUR BANK ACCOUNT.
