[Resolved] Payumoney — no refund of dropped transaction

Sir i have done transaction with my debit card and the transaction were failed but the amount was debited from the account and not refunded back yet. My payment id[protected] and date/time[protected]:19:07.0 and i am not able to contact customer care so sir please do something about it and kindly refund my money that i can able to pay my university fee.
