[Resolved] PayUMoney — no refund of dropped transaction | |||
Sir i have done transaction with my debit card and the transaction were failed but the amount was debited from the account and not refunded back yet. My payment id[protected] and date/time[protected]:19:07.0 and i am not able to contact customer care so sir please do something about it and kindly refund my money that i can able to pay my university fee. Verified Support Feb 14, 2018 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, We would like to inform you that the TXN for the Payment Id[protected] is unsuccessful and we have not received any amount for the said TXN.
