[Resolved] PayUMoney — no response from merchant about product.

I have orderd a nivia football shoes on 6th of august 2019 from the website kheladda.in and the payment is done through payumoney the sum of money amounts to rs. 1074.00. I tried to contact them several times but didn't get any update regarding my shoes or the refund and the merchant is not even picking up the calls and responding to the mesages. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - XXXXXX in order to get the status at their end.
