[Resolved]  PayUMoney — not getting settlements/merchant account payments from last 15 days

Hello
Not getting payments for settlements from last 15 days please process it its very difficult to manage money for small businesses why you are holding money this much time for a longer periods and initially you are paying well and you are starting drams after few small payments why you are neglecting the customers???. Please do process the settlements as early as possible.

after the complaint i raised several tickets and sent mails also so they finally processed my settlement. but still bit scared why they did like this?
