[Resolved] PayUMoney — not getting the postal address of the merchant | |
I had used PayUMoney gateway for paying some amounts to Money Desire Research, Indore. Since I was not delivered the promised services and also I was defrauded by the merchant, I had sent a mail requesting for refund of amount. They did not respond. Now, I want to file FIR with Police. For this purpose postal address of the merchant is required. Till date I have not received a single mail from them and hence postal address is not available with me. I tried to get their postal address through the net but for my surprise there are 2 websites by the same name. In view of this, I had sent a mail to [protected]@payumoney.com on 09.03.19 and till date they have not provided the postal address and unnecessarily dragging on the correspondence. I have been refunded an amount of 2499 from payu on[protected] with reference number [protected] amount was paid by me to headphone zone on 14th and later refunded to me on the 23rd march as the product was returned.
I have not my refund to my bank please resolve the issue.
