Dear sir, payumoney provide marchent service without any document or other requrement .i opened marchent account with us and recieve payment from costumers 70000 thousand for settelment its required many documents .and i tell it to refund my all payment entries to source, it charged high amount why?. this is very big cheating done by payumoney to his costomer. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Jul 26, 2019 Updated by vinaykanttyagi payumoney not refunded full money .it charged 236 per 10000 why? there is not any service provided by payumoney because you refund my same money so any charged may not applied. 1-why you allow customer to accept money wihtout any document or verification. 2-after recieve money from customer you hold it with remarks "document verificartion/website verification" why? 3-if customer not provide sufficient document .why you will charged to refund his money? its your mistake not customer.(why you allow to accept payment without valid identity and verification) i request to refund my full money immediatly. if you not refund i will complained on INGRAM .it may dismiss your licence to cheat with his costomers. I ordered a tv from snapmint . initial it was done payment successfully approved after one hour I got a message that amount was refund de.but it not credited to my account.pls be resolve this
