Dear team, Pls help for me regarding online financial fraud my indusind bank a/c. I am trying payumoney phone no.[protected] but not connect your payumoney contact no. Already complaint cyber crime and bank. My concern not share any otp and other information like card details in frauder. Only call received no. +91 [protected] and verified my mobile no as phonepay customer care. After that amount deducted 8000/- (Payumoney) Total amount visa pos txn debit dated 27/08/2020 As a request pls not process payment in payumoney and stop the transaction. We are really sorry about this and totally understand your concern over here. We'd suggest you to raise this immediately to the Cyber Cell office and they shall assist you further. Further, we would advise you to never share confidential details like card no/card expiry date/CVV/OTP/internet password with anyone when you receive any unsolicited calls/SMS/IVR & email seeking for card activation/upgrade/rewards/refunds or any redemption.
