[Resolved] PayUMoney — Online Shopping fraud from Cosmoskraft Company | |
It is informed that I ordered Symphony Sumo 75XL Powerful Desert Air cooler 75-ltr, Air fan, Easy-Fill, 3-side Honey comb pads, I-pure Console & Low Power Consumption grey on 15/4/2021 to “ Cosmoskraft Company” with order No. 701351. In this regard I paid Rs. 9996/- to Cosmoskraft with Transaction ID:[protected]. Cosmoskraft received this payment via PayuMoney(Request ID: [protected] Payu Id: [protected] : Bank Reference No.[protected]. After finish due date my order did not come. After Some time I found that it is a fraud company. When I saw reviews on complaintroom.in I found there are approx.64 persons lodge against cosmoskraft. I mailed many times to Payumoney for providing merchant details (like GSTN No., Company Address and owner name) but it did not provide any detail. I also complaint on NCH( National Consumer Helpline with Docket No 2702932) and cyber crime also.Therefore, It is requested that pls provide me Merchant details and get money back. Verified Support May 21, 2021 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, Please note that this is a successful transaction via PayU Id - [protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - [protected] in order to get the status at their end. We advise you to please get in touch with the issuing bank and initiate an official complaint (Dispute) regarding the same, in case if the concerned merchant is not providing the services. PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives a refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues.
