[Resolved] PayUMoney — Payment Deposit Cancelled Issue | |||
To Payu support team A payment of 4500 rupees was paid to my payu business account on 15th June, 2021 with payment ID[protected]. But I have not received the amount till date. It's showing payment deposit cancelled. Moreover, I can not refund the amount to my customer because it shows that "this amount will only be refunded from the next payment you collect." therefore I request you to either deposit the amount in my account or refund it to my customer at your earliest.
