[Resolved]  PayUMoney — payment made, goods not received and refund also

Sir,
I have made payment of rs.1140/- on 17th may, 2018, online towards purchase from 1 mg pharmacy. However, for want of prescription, that order could not be executed by 1 mg pharmacy. Now, i have neither received medicines nor any refund of aforesaid amount from either of you. Aforesaid payment has been made vide id. No.[protected]Ticket id. No.[protected]. Though i have made a complaint in this regard, there is no response from your end. Please take necessary early steps for refund of aforesaid amount.
