[Resolved]  PayUMoney — payment not return to bank for failed transaction

My problem is i paid dps vijayawada school fee through payu money that time i got 2 mails one successful mail n immediately one more mail with failured one. Both the payment id ‘s r different.
For successful payment id[protected] n
For failured payment i’d[protected].

Actually i paid the amt on april 20th. Continuously i’masking them wheather they received payment r not till april ending. They said not received. So ithought for failured transactions amt will be reversed
To bank after sometime n that too i want to apply transfer certificate from school for that i have to clear all dues so once agin i paid fee on april ending they told they received that amt n they generated receipt for that.
I also raised a complaint to my bank sbi.
On may 15 th school people informed the other amt also received which i paid on april 20th. I met school management on may 16th infront of me only they put a mail to payumoney to return that amt.
Please once check the mail on may 16 th from school to payu money.
I[censored] need any other documents i’ll provide u.

Till now i didn’t received any amt returned to my sbi account.
Regarding this i contacted ur sales account manager mr bhupendra singh.
I contacted bank also but they r telling they have not received any amt in my account.
Please take necessary action to return my amount as soon as possible.

Banks generally take 7 to 10 bank working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to your source account.
