[Resolved]  PayUMoney — payment process was unsuccessful but payment was deducted

I was depositing 3100 rs in my koinex account via payumoney by using airtel payment bank, the payment was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted from my account.

So this is request either deposit 3100 in my koinex account or refund it back in my airtel payment bank

The transaction held on 16/1/2018 and i am also attaching my transaction page

An early response will be highly appreciable.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Month back I bought some item from club factory but they not able to provide that item so they decided to refund my money then they refund money through payu but I didn't had payu account then how can they send money through payu
