Hi, I have paid ₹417.7 for Visveswaraya Technological University via net banking through PAYUMONEY in the favour of my Provisional Degree Certificate from the same. And I received the confirmation SMS to my mobile number. But I haven’t received any confirmation email as well as the receipt attached. Due to which I am in able to process towards further steps in getting my Provisional Degree Certificate. I made a transaction using Payumoney on theshoppers app, the payment was shown successful but I haven't received my payment I'd (via mail /message) kindly provide payment I'd.The shoppers app turned out to be fraud, inorder to get refund I want payment I'd . please consider this issue and provide payment I'd.
