[Resolved] PayUMoney — payment successful confirmation received in mobile sms but not received mail with receipt.

Dear sir/madam,

I have paid rs.902.15 for manonmaniam sundaranar university, tirunelveli via online through payumoney in the favour of my exam fee.

And i received the confirmation sms to my mobile number. But i haven’t received any confirmation email as well as the receipt attached. Due to which i am in able to process towards further steps in getting my fee paid confirmation and merchant website not updated my fee paid details.

Please note that this is a successful transaction via PayUmoney Payment Id[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end.

My amount was Debited from my account but the transaction was successful but we are not received any tickets from IRCTC.

I have checked in IRCTC app the error was showing as. No response from bank side.
