After 9 days - The refund is still not settled - Can you explain why?

The refund team Divya Pandey called up and asked me to pay 866 rs again. Which was paid on 27 April as below:

Could you let me know the status of the transaction? I've been told 24 - 28 hours on 27th April - No results so far.

Fraud people, fraud company, no response from account manager Namrata Mongia.

This is to escalate the utter non-responsiveness of the account Manager Namrata Mongia who is neither reachable nor call back and never responds to emails.
I've called her multiple times starting 20 April 2017 and asked her to help with a refund case but there was utter uselessness on her side.
Is she related to CEO?
or is this the way PayU money behaves with merchants?

Could you ensure that I get a proper resolution to MADAM NAMRATA MONGIA IREESPOSIVENESS?

3. An accountable account Manager - Namrata has defeated all the purpose - why is she taking the salary from Payu?
