[Resolved] PayUMoney — payumoney gateway service | |||
Our company uses payumoney credit card gateway service. Historically, they have been taking a long time more than 5 days to make our settlements. In june, 2019, one of our customers thought that their transaction for rs. 43, 000 was swiped twice and escalated the issue to their card company (Amex), who in turn raised it to payumoney. We received the settlement only once and payumoney did not apply a chargeback. However, payumoney thinks they applied a chargeback and have not settled any of our transactions since then. They are not able to provide any proof and not resolving the matter after 2 full months!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
