[Resolved] PayUMoney — payumoney money deducted from my account but not received in the receiver's account | |||
I have transfered Rs 2699 via PayUMoney from Healthmug. Order date[protected]. (I have attached the payment id, merchant transaction id, and amount successful info and amount detected from my bank account informations). Money is detected from my account, but in the Healthmug the order is not placed. I have contacted Healthmug they say they did not receive the money, once they receive the money only they can be able to process the order. So Payumoney team please do the needful to pay the money to Healthmug or refund back the money to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
