[Resolved] PayUMoney — payumoney shows transaction is done but no confirmation from smartphonebazaar on order processing. | |
On 22/05/2020, i made a payment of rs.2999.37 through your gateway under your id:[[protected]] against my online smartphone order with "smartphone bazaar. Online". I have not got any correspondence from the said merchant either on my placed order or on receipt of my above Payment. I also sent my mail to their mentioned customer support mail id: [[protected]@smartphonebazaar. Online] but got message"your message couldn't be delivered to [protected]@smartphonebazaar. Online because the remote server is misconfigured." I contacted their given mobile number couple of times but it is switched off. I see similar complaints online. And i am also going to file a compliant as payu also are liable to register with authorised partner before they provide their platform to collect money for the transaction on their behalf. I need my product delivered or refund. Kindly either provide a can be reach details for the smartphonebazaar or refund our amount and cancel the transaction. In the absence of any type of confirmation, i will filed a criminal Complaint with the cyber crime cell, greater faridabad police regarding this. You are requested to attend this on priority basis and contact that self-styled merchant using the details available with your records (Collected while registering that merchant with your gateway) And ensure that the refund of my above referred paid amount is completed before the end of the tomorrow. May 25, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Is is not resolved, got more complex as more 5000was deducted telling me that it is process to get refund PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 02, 2020 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi Snighda, Apologies for the inconvenience. ! As checked, this is a successful transaction via transaction Id[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant on hello.[protected]@gmail.com to get the status at their end. I have been directed to request for refund using upi.how safe is it? Why can't it be refunded to same account. And by when will I get the refund all these details are not conveyed.
