[Resolved] PayUMoney — payunow refund issue

My marchant id-6397786, i complain many times about refund issue then same resolution 7-10 days it will take. But it show ^refund completed^ but i did not get any of money. Sick of it complaining mail [protected]@payunow, refund amount-2500+2500+2500=7500 its big amount for me. It half of my monthly income... And payment id are[protected],[protected],[protected]. How could be it show refund completed.. I mean three of payment show refund complete? But i did not get single of it.. And description number are [protected], [protected], [protected]

PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi,

As informed via Ticket ID 03946569, the refund has already been initiated from our end against the mentioned Payment ID and Bank typically takes 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) to credit the amount into your bank account.

In case, you have not received the refund we request you to cross check with the bank.
