I am suganthi and i have ordered a product worth 1125 rupees from the merchant just herbs on november 24. When i checked my merchant account, its shows pending payment. But i have paid it through payumoney and i received a confirmation text for the same and the payment id is[protected]. Its been more than a month, i didn't receive any refund. I want immediate actions to be taken for the same
