[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund money not credited in my bank account even after 40 days

On 3rd nov 2019, i paid via payumoney advance (Rs 786x2) for the booking of two suv, s of gozocabs. Payment id :[protected] and[protected]. Merchant id : [protected] and [protected]
I cancelled both bookings with gozocabs and refund process of (Rs 786x2= rs 1572) was initiated by gozocabs transaction ref no as informed to me by gozocabs is [protected] and [protected]
It is now almost 40 days that the refund has not shown in my account. I contacted my bank who mailed biller, service ref no sr[protected]
Most unfortunate part is that all payumoney contacts only ring but no one lifts the phone
Can i have my refund back and also contact no, email id

As per our record, there is no refund initiated against the said payment from the merchant's end. We request you to get in touch with the merchant directly from your end regarding your refund concern.
