[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund not credited to my account | |||||
I had made booking at irctc website, but later i cancelled the ticket. Refund status is irctc is showing as it is credited to payumoney account. I called to customer care number many a times, no one is responding. I dropped an email too, but no one is responding. Iam hoping reply from payumoney on this forum. Verified Support Oct 03, 2018 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Your transaction ID [protected] has been refunded to your source account via bank ARN number 75503728268023148170383 and the amount shall reflect within 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday).
