PayUMoney — refund not given by payumoney company | |||||
On 02/03/2020, HMT Limited initiated a refund of Rs. 3234/- through PayU money Payment Gateway. Payment ID is[protected]. It has been 9 days since I have not received the refund into my account. I have confirmed from HMT. They have said that the process in clear from their side. PNB Bank told me that they did not receive any transaction with same amount and transaction ID. So, clearly PayU Money Payment Gateway is delaying the refund process. Also, I have tried to contact PayU money but unfortunately, their email and contact number do not work. Please solve the issue.
