Bought a camera from fotocircle.com
However, it turned out they provided wrong details for the camera. So they processed refund.
Fotocircle say they have processed it on 13th jan.

Your transaction has been processed for the refund. Banks generally take 3 to 5 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. We appreciate your patience in the interim.

It was initiated on 14th Jan. So today completes the 5 working days. Still have not received any refund.
Getting refund from Amazon takes a couple of days at MAX. Why do you take MORE than 5 days to do it?
