[Resolved]  PayUMoney — refund of tickets not booked

Dear concern,

I booked tickets on 24th may '18, ndls to svdk for 22nd july'18 through pay u money option available on the irctc site. Amount of rs 4646 has been deducted from my account but the status shows that tickets are not booked. I do not have any account on payu money app. My transaction id: [protected]

Kindly look into the same and update.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [protected]@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I booked a ticket through IRCTC using "pay u me " as the payment option from Jaipur to secunderabad and cancelled the ticket.but didn't get any refund in the bank account. The payment was done through a rupay
debit card. I ask you to help me in this aspect
