[Resolved] PayUMoney — Refund shows success but I didn't receive as single penny in my bank account

I ordered eyeglasses from eyemyeye and it eas not upto mark so returned it.. On 3rd May 2022 after returning i got mail that refund has been intiated and at night arounf 11 pm atvthe dame date i got mail from payu that they successfully refunded money to the source account but for my kind information when i checked my bank account there was not a single penny regarding this order, don't know why. So i'm requesting the comoany tobplease refund my money as fast as possible, i contacted my bank regatding the transaction id and ARN number u gave and they said they didn't found anything regarding refund of your money and said contact the payment body.. So please i'm requesting you to look into this matter and refund me as fast as possible.

We would like to inform you that the refund has been processed against the PayU ID: [protected] on[protected] and same will get credited into the source account within 5 to 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
Kindly contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not credited to the account within the mentioned time
