[Resolved] Payumoney — refund status

I have cancelled my ticket with pnr number [protected] on 10-nov-2017 22:23:56 hrs. My cancellation id is [protected]. Till date i have not received my refunded amount. Kindly check the status. As per irctc they have already refunded the amount to payumoney on 11-nov-2017. Still there is no balance of refund on my account. Please let me know when they will refund the money.

• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I have deposited 5000 thousand through net banking in my zebpay account using deposit button click,
The amount deducted from my account but not received in zebpay.

Yesterday I made the ticket but money was deducted from my account but not the ticket. And my money is not even paid. Please check.
