Payumoney — regarding failed transaction

I have done a internet banking transaction for a purchase on fizzy goblet on 05/09/2019 of amount 2990. The transaction got failed but the amount got deducted from my account. It has not been refunded yet. The bank required a confirmation mail from your side regarding the failed transaction. The transaction id for this is[protected].
So i request you to kindly help me regarding this.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected] in order to get the status at their end.
