[Resolved] PayUMoney — regarding the refund | |||
I've given money to merchant named ramu sriram. His email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com and mid is 6856796. I've given him the money on 15th nov, 2019 7:40 am. It's about 8 days he hasn't received the moeny in his bank account. I'm messaging payu money care from previous 3 days they aren't responding. I ask for the refund of money to merchant and payu. The merchant is saying he hasn't received the money. I'm asking from payu care where does my money goes! I got no response from them. The merchant number is-[protected]. It's a transaction of 2470rs/ and payment i'd for this transaction is[protected]. Now the merchant is saying he hasn't received the amount and payu is also not replying to me. Please help me get my refund. Payu money is not responding to me. My money got stucked. Was this information helpful? | |||
