On 19/10/2021 i received 500 Rs. money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date.
Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.
I request your team please deposit our money or give me the refund option in our dashboard.. Don't play with us.

PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi! As checked, our team have already replied on your ticket id TM[protected]. You need to share the invoice and proof of delivery against PayU id- [protected]. Also, help our team to understand the reason for using our payment gateway and what kind of services do you provide.

Updated by Singhrohit136 We are going to organise an scholarship exam in January 2021. And we are charging 500 rs. as registration fee. If any student want to appear in the scholarship exam then they have to pay the registration fee 500 Rs. as one student have been paid through payu payments gateway.
We have been provide the registration successfull certificate to the student “Sagar Verma” who have been paid the registration fee through Payu. Now solve my issue and settle my payment in my bank account.
And I must say Payu is worst payment gateway ever. Why you didn’t asked about this before getting payment. Please do not irritate your clients.
Now solve my queries otherwise I will file a petition in the court and will take a legal action.

Updated by Singhrohit136 I have allready shared POD. We used to send the Registration successful certificate via e-mail. And we have sent it to the customer. I have allready sent it to you. Don’t make me fool. Send my money to my bank account.
