We had completed the due kyc process and started using payu. However they put our settlement on hold stating website is missing certain important links which we updated and informed them vide ticket no. VQ[protected]. The due date for the ticket is long over but there is no revert from payu. Their executive does not answer calls or respond to emails. Our Rs. 30, 000 is stuck for more than a month
