Dear sir/mam Greetings! We have registered ourselves as merchant with payumoney payment gateway with merchant id - 8120649 and our account has been activated. We have tested it by sending a small amount of ₹100 with transaction id - [protected] and it has been more than 3 days since and the settlement is on hold and there is no response for query posted through help.payu.in. We can activate our online sales only if this issue gets resolved and our business is out on hold for issue with payment gateway. Please do the needful. Looking forward to hear from you.
