PayUMoney — Settlement on Hold Reg.

Greetings! We have registered ourselves as merchant with payumoney payment gateway with merchant id - 8120649 and our account has been activated. We have tested it by sending a small amount of ₹100 with transaction id - [protected] and it has been more than 3 days since and the settlement is on hold and there is no response for query posted through help.payu.in. We can activate our online sales only if this issue gets resolved and our business is out on hold for issue with payment gateway. Please do the needful. Looking forward to hear from you.

None of the queries were resolved nor responded and they are all beyond expected end date. There is no contact details to contact anyone or even an email. When we try to send an email to [protected]@payumoney.com, all our emails are denied from the server because of some restrictions posted by host

There has been no reply from Payumoney's end for the past 2 days and we could clearly see that they are only resolving complaints they see fit (most of them being refusal of refund to consumers). They are even replying complaints given by consumers after us. Ignoring complaints wont take you long way, that too with merchants.

Its been 10 days now. We cant afford such delays after going live. There must be something you could do to expedite the process. We are glad to submit the required documentation if any, from our end

There has been no response and no one from payu has ever tried to contact me. Payu is not taking action inspite on complaining through consumer complaints. Please do the needful
