PayUMoney — settlement or refund not done | |
Fraud application, paid with jio money, clicked on refund, but amount was not credited back even in 5 days. Transaction id[protected],[protected]. Please refund my money back. Fraud app payment still hold from 16th april today it's 21 april but still neither payment not refund or settled.[protected] refund initiated.[protected] settlement in progress. PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 22, 2020 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, We regret to inform you that the transaction with Payment ID:[protected] &[protected] has been failed and we have not received funds against the same. Further, the transaction with Payment ID:[protected] is successful, however, the Refund or Settlement has not been processed due to insufficient funds in your account. Please note that there is a negative balance of Rs. 3.54 in your account. You can either make a self-transaction of the amount of Rs. 4 on your account after including TDR (2%) + GST (18%) via Net Banking so that your refund gets processed automatically. Note: The rest amount will be settled to your registered bank account. (OR) We can cancel the refund and process settlement to your bank account or initiate a partial refund after TDR deduction.
