Hi,

Booked ticket on irctc using payu money, amount debited inr 267 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end.
I inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end.

Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking.
The message recived from my bank as below: rs 267 debited from a/c on 1.12.2018

I applied Fitness Certificate for my vehicle No AP26TD6165 in https://aprtacitizen.epragathi.org/ on[protected].At that time payment not updated and showing pending payment.My Transaction No is REG_CITIZEN[protected].So kindly clear problem as soon as possible.
