PayUMoney — transaction declined but money not refunded | |||
I was trying to book tirupati darshan tickets on 6th oct 2019 but after sometime i received an email from payumoney that transaction has been failed then how you guys are saying that the money has been remitted to merchant account. I need proper resolution on the same and strict action needs to be taken against payumoney as they misguide people. Below is the details of email that i received from payumoney. Dear neeta chavaria We noticed that your transaction with www.mybalaji.in has failed.
