[Resolved] PayUMoney — transaction failed but money not refunded (payu id - [protected])
I made a payment of rs. 728 to a merchant called urbanclap via upi on
April 01, 2019. The payment gateway was payu.
Payu id - [protected]
My upi id - dheeraj.[protected]@okhdfcbank
The transaction was failed with message any money deducted will be
Refunded in 3-5 working days.
Its been more than 1 month no refund yet. I have followed up with
Merchant and they have confirmed the transaction was not captured in their
System and it's with payu.
Also followed up with my bank and they have confirmed that amount is not
Sent for refund to them from payu.
I want to know the status of this transaction and why its taking long to refund.

We would like to inform you that the TXN for the Payment Id [protected] is unsuccessful and we have not received any amount for the said TXN. Please contact your bank for further help and support.
