[Resolved] PayUMoney — transaction failed but no refund | |
Today i made a transaction from my paytm wallet to facebook through payumoney gateway and my money got deducted from my wallet and the payumoney showed that transaction had failed! When i try to reach them through their web assistance they were asking about transaction id when i input the transaction id which i only had with paytm wallet they were saying it is invalid. Also there is no any other way to reach them. Kindly please help. Was this information helpful? | |
