[Resolved] PayUMoney — transaction failed still money got deducted from bank | |||
I tried to make a payment through payumoney but transaction failed. But after sometime money got deducted from bank. The amount is 10000. I waited for 2 days it will be refunded but till now no payment is refunded. What to do? I have not faced any issue till now from payumoney and is not expected from you guys. Verified Support Mar 11, 2018 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, Your payment via TXN id[protected] is failed. We have not received any funds for the same at our end. Banks generally take 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. We appreciate your patience in the interim. According to the bank the money is with payumoney. I did tge transactiin twice more at that time. Check them also
